These terms apply between Tolunay Yaşar (PatientPort, sole proprietorship; tax no. 9391154565, Düden Tax Office; Kepez/Antalya, Türkiye) ("PatientPort") and the clinic using the service ("Customer"). Subscriptions are also governed by the B2B SaaS Service and License Agreement.
PatientPort is a software service provided in the browser, made up of patient tracking, transfers and logistics, the doctor desk, payment tracking, reports, notifications and the patient portal. All modules are included in every plan.
The Customer opens and closes staff accounts themselves. Each user is responsible for their own password. The account of a staff member who leaves should be deactivated by the Customer.
Fees are set in euros (€) as monthly or yearly subscriptions and are listed on the current pricing page. All prices exclude VAT (+VAT). Yearly prepaid plans get a prepayment discount. Payment is made by bank transfer to the account shown on the Membership & Payment screen in the app. For the first 10 clinics that subscribe during the launch period, all package prices valid on the day the membership starts stay fixed as long as the subscription continues without interruption.
The data entered by the Customer belongs to the Customer. PatientPort processes this data only to provide the service, in line with the Privacy Policy and the data processing agreement.
First-time monthly or yearly subscriptions come with a 14-Day Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee: if you email info@patientport.com.tr within 14 (fourteen) days of payment, the license fee you paid is refunded in full. After this period, no partial or pro-rata refunds are made for prepaid periods. The Customer can end the subscription from the next period by giving notice at least 15 days before the current period ends; on cancellation, the Customer's data is handed over in an exportable format on request.
PatientPort takes reasonable care to keep the service running continuously and without errors. The scope and limits of liability are set out in Article 8 of the B2B SaaS Service and License Agreement.
